This month saw the launch of the spring edition of the "Fine Art Collector" magazine.
Featured in this edition is a tribute to Govinder Nazran who sadly passed away over the Christmas period. Govinder continually pushed the boundaries with his work and the memory of his colourful and gentle character, imbued with an urban edginess, will endure through his art for many years to come.
This edition also sees the introduction of two brand new artists - Ge Feng and Lesley Anne Derks. Ge Feng, a contemporary graffiti artist born in China, produces cutting edge art different to that of anything weve stocked before. Lesley Anne Derks, on the other hand, uses the current "en-trend" subject of cityscapes in her paintings, creating breathtaking views of popular cities at night bathed in halos of light.
Also featured is "Changing Rooms" presenter Carol Smillie telling us all about the importance she places on interior design in the home and how art is an integral part of that. She also tells us how we can improve our homes on a budget without needing to move.
