Next Day Delivery: All orders received by 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day assuming all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date. Our couriers only deliver Monday - Friday so any delivery date that falls on a weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

3 - 5 Day Delivery: All items will be dispatched and arrive within this timescale assuming all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date

In Store Collection: Due to the fragile nature of some of our more elaborate or larger items they may only be available for in store collection. If you would like us to check stock availabilty or reserve a particular item please call us on 01934 636568. If you live within a 50 mile radius of the store it may be possible for us to deliver the item personally for a small charge - please call us for further details.

Overseas: We are able to offer International Shipping - please contact us before ordering for Shipping costs and delivery times.

Framing: Where stated we offer a framing service for all of our mounted pictures. By clicking on the "choose options" tab our framing recommendations will be displayed. If you would like something different to those displayed please call us and we will arrange to have the item framed to suit your specific requirements. All of our framed prices include ordinary picture glass, mdf backing board and all the relevant hangers. Please note that we use stock photos for the images on the site and so the frame may differ slightly from the image shown.

Sold Out Editions: Although we endeavour to keep the website fully updated occassionally a limited edition may appear as available although it is allready sold out. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange an immediate refund.

Guarantee: All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy: We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01934 636568.

Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01934 636568 and we will arrange for our courier to collect the item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Your item(s) must be returned to the address below. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, limited edition certificates and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
